Transaction Irregularities

Royal Reels reserves the ability to void any transaction that seems suspicious or conflicts with our rules. Situations that might result in a canceled transaction include:

  • Mismatch in Personal Data: If the name and address in your account differ from those connected to your credit card or electronic wallet.
  • Unusual Payment Activity: Any irregularities that raise concerns about potential misrepresentation or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Fraudulent Actions: We define this broadly to include use of stolen cards, fabricated documents, illicit transfers between accounts, or other deceptive conduct. Royal Reels may pursue civil or criminal action against confirmed instances of fraud, and we may record your phone calls for investigative purposes.
  • Illegitimate Funds: Deposits identified as originating from illegal sources are disallowed. Royal Reels 2 continuously monitors transactions to comply with laws against money laundering and terrorist financing, and we will report any doubtful transactions to the appropriate authorities.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

  1. Use of Personal Accounts
    When topping up or cashing out, you must use an account in your name. If it is determined that a third-party account funded your gambling, we may nullify relevant winnings and deactivate your Royal Reels account.
  2. Transaction Invalidation
    Decisions made by Royal Reels to label transactions as invalid are final and cannot be appealed. Similarly, if we suspect that a player is breaching any house rules or legal obligations, we may declare the payments involved to be void.
  3. Associated Costs
    We reserve the right to charge or withhold any fees that arise from handling disputes or legal processes, such as transaction fees or court costs.

Minimum Play Requirements

Deposited funds must be staked three (3) times on events with odds of 1.80 or above before you can withdraw. For example, a 10 EUR deposit requires at least 30 EUR of qualifying bets at odds of 1.80 or more. Certain bet types do not count toward this requirement:

  • Bets with odds below 1.80.
  • Draw No Bet, Asian Handicap, Cashout, or postponed events.

If we suspect misuse—such as placing minimal or no wagers before requesting a payout—Royal Reels may refuse to process that withdrawal and possibly close the account. We may also request proof of deposit or additional identification before finalizing any payouts.

Restricted Access in France

Due to French law n°2010-476 (effective May 2010), we are prohibited from offering certain gambling services to users in France. Royal Reels will block access for individuals permanently residing there or using a French bank account.

Refund Eligibility

Clients who deposited funds but have not initiated any bets or real-money gameplay may be eligible for a refund, subject to certain conditions. Royal Reels does not require full verification documents from users who are clearly within these parameters, though we may still ask for proof of funds if the payment provider withholds source information.

Procedure

  • Requesting the Refund: You must email us from the address registered to your Royal Reels account.
  • Payment Method: We generally issue funds back via the original deposit source. If that’s not feasible, we choose a secure alternative at our discretion.
  • Documentation: In scenarios where your payment provider does not provide sufficient details, we might require a copy of a bank transfer record or similar documentation confirming the deposit’s origin.

Time Constraints

We process most refunds within the same or next business day, subject to typical banking windows. If the origin of funds remains unclear or you do not submit requested documents, there may be significant delays.
