Terms & Conditions – Royal Reels

These Terms & Conditions define the rules by which users may open accounts, deposit or withdraw funds, and participate in games at Royal Reels Casino. If you find any item unacceptable, please close the website.

Account Eligibility and Usage

Single Account Policy

Minimum Deposit

You are required to make a deposit of at least 10 AUD (or an equivalent amount in another accepted currency). Unless otherwise stated, these funds must be played through three (3) times before a withdrawal request can be made.

Bonus Wagering Requirement

If you receive a bonus, you typically must wager 30 times the bonus portion prior to cashing out. Unless specified otherwise, any attempt to withdraw before completing that threshold may be refused or delayed by Royal Reels.

Company Right to Refuse Bets

Royal Reels may decline any bet, whether partially or in full, at its sole discretion.

User Responsibilities

To remain in good standing, each client must ensure:

  • They register under their legal name.
  • Their email address is used actively.
  • They provide accurate telephone or mobile contact details.
  • They do not deposit money acquired by illegal means.
  • They do not use their account for illegal activities.

Restrictions Imposed by the User

  1. Self-Exclusion or Time-Out
    • You can request a brief or indefinite removal from gaming.
    • If you have set personal limits or self-exclusion, you may modify or rescind these rules via an email or written request. Royal Reels may need up to seven days to implement limit increases or to terminate self-exclusion.
    • Lowering deposit limits or implementing a new exclusion may be applied immediately upon receipt of your request.
  2. Enforcement of Limits
    • Wagers exceeding a stated limit or placed during a time-out will not be accepted.

Betting Conditions and Liability

Minimum Bet Amount

Each placed bet must be at least 0.10 AUD (or the equivalent in another currency).

Profits and Account Credit

Any legitimate earnings from wagers are credited directly to the associated Royal Reels account.

Technology and Internet Issues

We do not accept liability for connectivity failures, computer malfunctions, or external factors that impede gameplay. Royal Reels also cannot assure total immunity from viruses or interruptions; if services are halted, we will restore functionality as soon as feasible.

Agreement and Legal Basis

By entering Royal Reels’ website or related channels, you confirm acceptance of these conditions. Those who disagree are urged to stop using our platform immediately.

Our domain and site addresses must not be exploited for illegal purposes or in ways that conflict with these Terms & Conditions. Should any clause herein conflict with local law, a suitable substitute reflecting the original intent will take precedence, and the remainder remains valid.

This agreement is regulated by the laws of Curaçao.

Verification and Account Suspension

Royal Reels retains the right to perform any checks it deems necessary, including but not limited to requesting identification documentation. During these procedures, we may freeze or limit user accounts. If you make deposits or withdrawals via an electronic wallet not in your name, all winnings can be nullified, and your account deactivated.

Customer Behavior Toward Staff

We strive to protect both our users and our employees from disrespectful actions. Any verbal aggression, threatening language, or indecent behavior against a staff member may lead to a suspended or permanently disabled account.

Unfair Systems and Betting Tactics

Profits obtained from systems such as the martingale or other exploitative methods are considered invalid. Royal Reels reserves the discretion to annul bets associated with fraud or manipulation and may recover any corresponding investigation or legal costs.

Contractual Aspect and Changes

  1. Contracting Parties
    The agreement is concluded between (1) Viral Markets (license holder) and Digibrite PA (payment processing) and (2) the user.
  2. Registration Limitations
    • We do not allow registrations from individuals under 18.
    • We decline accounts affiliated with non-commercial or public institutions or persons under the influence of substances.
  3. Updates to Terms
    These Terms of Use can be modified for legal, operational, or service-focused reasons. Any adjustments become binding once posted. Continuous access to Royal Reels services indicates acceptance of all modifications.

Additional Bonus Rules

  1. One Bonus Per Product
    Members can carry only one active bonus (Slots, Live Casino, Sportsbook) at a time.
  2. Document Requests
    We may require documents if we see irregularities in your bonus usage. Failure to provide them could lead to bonus cancellations and forfeited winnings.
  3. Bonus Modification

  4. Turnover Rates
    The typical contribution rate is 100% for slot games, and 3% for Live Casino or Table Games, unless otherwise stated.
  5. Bonus Misconduct
